Tutoring has been at the heart of èצӰÏñ since we launched the program in 1970. As the foundation of our organization, the Tutoring Program remains a trusted resource for students of all ages seeking personalized academic support.
What sets us apart is our commitment to a truly individualized approach. Each student receives one-on-one tutoring with a skilled, certified educator who tailors instruction to the student’s specific needs; whether in reading, math, writing, or other academic areas. Many of our tutors have specialized training in learning disabilities, ADHD, and other learning differences, allowing them to recognize and address challenges that often go unnoticed in traditional classroom settings.
Our one-on-one model ensures that each student works with the same tutor every session, building trust, consistency, and a supportive learning relationship. Without the pressure of a group environment, students feel more comfortable, open to learning, and empowered to make progress at their own pace.
This approach works. Our students regularly report improved grades, stronger test performance, and a renewed confidence in their ability to learn. Regular assessments track their growth, and families often notice increased motivation and success in the classroom.
At Royce, our goal is simple: to give every student the tools, encouragement, and personalized support they need to succeed.
